Using the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology, our jeweller creates a precise 3D design of your piece. You’ll be able to see exactly how your ring or jewellery will look before a single stone is set or metal is touched. We refine the design together until it’s exactly right – nothing moves forward until you’re completely happy.

We carefully select ethically sourced diamonds and precious metals to suit your approved design and investment. Whether you choose a natural or lab-grown diamond, our team will guide you through each option with clear, honest advice – covering cut, clarity, colour and carat – so you can make a confident and informed decision.

Unlike most jewellery retailers, we have an on-site master jeweller with over 30 years of experience – meaning every piece is designed, crafted and finished under one roof, with complete control over quality at every stage. From casting and setting to finishing and polishing, everything is done by hand to our exacting standards. You’re welcome to visit and check progress at any time.

Before your piece is ready for collection, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards in every detail – from the setting and finish through to the overall appearance. Most bespoke pieces are completed within four to eight weeks. When it’s ready, so are we.
